Founder and Executive Chairman
 Aaron Chinhara is an award-winning CEO, visionary entrepreneur, and hospitality investor recognized for his dynamic contributions to Zimbabwe’s energy and infrastructure development. As the founder of Glow Petroleum in 2004, he spearheaded one of the country’s most successful indigenous fuel distribution networks, navigating complex supply chain challenges with strategic insight and resilience. Today, Aaron brings that same entrepreneurial ingenuity and operational excellence to the world of luxury hospitality through House of Chinhara—a brand born from his passion for African legacy, sustainability, and generational wealth creation.
Nennice Chinhara
Director
Nennice Chinhara is a Director with a strong academic background in finance and accounting, having earned a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in both disciplines from LancasterSunway University and Jalan University in Malaysia. Her professional journey includes serving as the Executive Director for the holding company. Importantly, Nennice’s comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations stems from her hands-on experience working within nearly all of its departments during her academic internships. This immersive approach allowed her to gain a deep and practical understanding of the business, building a solid foundation for her current leadership role.Â
Shepherd Chivhuna
Director
 With a strong background in strategic business leadership, Shepherd oversees the operational and investment pillars of House of Chinhara. His expertise bridges financial discipline and impact-driven growth. A Qualified Finance Executive with a demonstrable record of achievement within the private sector managing the finance and accounting function. Extensive experience in budgeting, financial statements, reporting and drafting and implementing cost cutting measures and improving efficiency. Innate leadership skills, focused and determined with a proactive nature and extensive knowledge of accounting processes and software.
